Our Speciality Coffee selection is roasted traditionally over a gas flame in small batches by our in house Roastery White Rose Coffee Roasters. We are proud to display the Made in Yorkshire badge for our Speciality coffee which is uniquely roasted by us in Halifax.  We are constantaly looking to find new and exciting coffee's to roast, with popular new additions being the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and we have Brazillian Yellow Bourbon from Fazenda do Lobo we visited last year. Legacy Pennine Brand coffee and Fairtrade coffee are bought in to order which will delay shipping.
