This is the new style Bravilor Bonomat Novo filter paper holder, in 2010 the model was updated and received this new square top style filter paper. Please take care when ordering, this will not fit in the older style Novo machines - if you have a round topped plastic filter paper holder this will not fit in your coffee machine.
