New for 2025, we are pleased to be bringing in the latest version of our popular Gene Cafe home coffee roaster. The CBR-301 features a new modern design, and after extensive testing of a pre-production model we are confident users will find this the next generation of home coffee roasting.
Currently because this is a brand new model, stock is still shipping from the manufacturer and we are expecting it to arrive around late September. We have 32 units coming in, all in Black. For the next shipment we will consider the white model, based on expressed interest so please use our contact methods to express interest in the white model.

For the CBR-301 the chaff collector is enclosed within the main body, there is an easy pull out draw to empty chaff after roasting. To remove and clean the whole chaff collector the side panel slides off - and the chaff collector itself pulls out of the body.
The Gene Cafe CBR-301 is rated for Domestic Use Only by the manufacturer. We include 12 months Warranty with this coffee roaster, please retain packaging because we will collect the packed up roaster for return to us to repair. Please note the warranty excludes mis-use, failure to regularly clean both the chaff collector and roasting drum as described in the user manual. Commercial use will cause this machine to fail prematurely - it is also quite obvious when the machine has been used many times a day every day of the week - any repairs due to commercial use will be fully chargeable including picking up the unit and shipping it back.
