The right hand side panel is hinged, and when open reveals the thick insulated door to the milk fridge. Despite being sat to the above and right of the 7 litre copper boiler which is at 1 bar and 120 degrees celcius, during testing after a full day on with the milk fridge on, when the fridge door was opened ice crystals were starting to form on the back wall!
