Our preffered online Payment Gateway is Google Checkout you can either log in or create a FREE account. With a Google Checkout account every time you order from us you will only have to enter your login and password to complete your order, your billing and delivery details will then be completed automatically - far easier then typing your address in every time you order.

If you want to use your Google Checkout account or create one click the lower Google Checkout Button. If you are having problems checking out telephone 0800 2985211 and one of our sales advisors will take your order over the telephone.

Next day delivery only applies to products in stock, orders for products that are out of stock will be dispatched when stock is available. Please check stock availability if you are making a time sensitive order.

The standard payment methods checkout button will take you to a page where you need to fill out your billing and delivery address details. At the bottom of this it says Choose Payment Type that starts with Pay by Debit/Credit card - this secure live transaction is handled by Moneybookers.com. If you click the little down arrow to the right of Credit/Debit Card you can choose to Pay by Pay Pal, Pay On Account if you have one, or Call Me Back so if you would rather not give your credit card details over the internet we can telephone you back and take the information over the phone.

Choose Google Checkout to log into your Google Checkout account and pay quickly and securely, your account will give all your billing and delivery details as well as make payment for you. If you do not have a Google Checkout account you can create one for free, and then every order you make with us just requires your login and password to complete.

Saturday delivery is only available for a surcharge of £26 + VAT to limited areas - e-mail for availability. If you require items delivered within a time restraint please e-mail to check stock availability.

Please be advised all orders over £500 in value will need verbal authorisation from the cardholder before we will ship them.
Failure to supply a contact telephone number could seriously delay your order.
If you need to change your shipping zone please click CART. We do not ship goods outside of the United Kingdom.

Please complete all required fields in the checkout as fully as possible. The delivery address should include a house number and street name along with a full valid postcode. A telephone number is required in case the delivery address can not be found.
If you know you will not be in, please leave details of a safe place for the carrier to leave your order in the further details section.
Pennine can not accept responsibility for late deliveries caused by poor address details, difficult access or no one being available at the delivery address to receive the goods.

All deliveries are made by third party carrier companies, when stock is available it will be sent Next Working day carrier (Or Parcelforce Standard depending on the zone) but there is no guarantee the carrier will always achieve this.
