Pennine Tea and Coffee has been established for seventeen years (upto Autumn 2007), and are based in West Yorkshire (United Kingdom), we are an independent wholesaler supplying hot beverage equipment and ingredients to Cafe bars, Hotels, tea and coffee shops, Restaurants, Public Houses, Offices and any other business that requires a quality coffee service. Because we are independant you can choose from a wide range of products sourced direct from the manufacturer. This means you can purchase goods at a very favourable price, from a box of coffee beans to the latest bean to cup coffee machine.

Our premises in Hall street, Halifax seen above comprise of a historic warehouse complex with 12,000 square foot of storage over two floors. We welcome visitors who make an appointment first, but it is worth remembering we are a warehouse and distribution facility and not a shop. Unless you require equipment demonstrating, the easiest way to purchase from us is using this online store.

Although we are primarily a catering trade supplier, we will supply domestic users who would like to purchase some of the hard to find accessories we stock, but domestic orders could take longer to process (upto 10 days for delivery) because our systems are set up for regular catering customers.
The online presence of Pennine Tea and Coffee has grown rapidly over the past four years, however as a bricks & motar business with an established trading history we are able to combine the benefits and savings of an online e-tailer with the re-assurance that you are dealing with a business that can be contacted by a variety of methods throughout the order process.

Shipping for customers in Zone 1 will be next working day on orders before 1pm and items in stock. Although there is a 90% success rate for next day orders - this is not a guaranteed service. The goods must be signed for at the point of delivery between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Missing or damaged items should be indicated when the goods are signed for. We can not claim back for missing items if a consignment has been signed for received in full when later you find 1 box missing. If in doubt please sign unchecked. We will presume your order has been successfully delivered if we do not have contact from you, should you feel your order is taking longer to arrive then expected please contact us using one of the methods listed above.

We always have running commercial 2 group espresso machines from Italian manufacturer Wega, along with bean to cup options from Wega and Jura, Blenders from Blendtec and filter coffee systems including our own label three pint pour and serve filter coffee machines.
