
Espress Yourself

You will need:- A shot of espresso, A shot of Ipiaceri Orange flavour. UHT Skimmed Milk, Milkshake mixer. Add ice cubes to the bottom of your milkshake mixer, then enough milk to 3/4 fill your glass. Set the mixer going. Draw a shot of espresso from your machine, combine with ice in a cocktail shaker or equivalent to chill it, then pour the cold espresso into the glass. Add orange flavour. Stop your mixer, which will have magically "foamed" your cold milk. Add to the glass & serve. |

You will need:- A shot of espresso, 3 teaspoon of Sugar, Cocoa Powder, UHT Skimmed Milk, Milkshake mixer. Add ice cubes to the bottom of your milkshake mixer, then enough milk to 3/4 fill your glass. Set the mixer going. Draw a shot of espresso from your machine, combine with ice & Sugar in a cocktail shaker or equivalent to chill it, then pour the cold espresso into the glass. Stop your mixer, which will have magically "foamed" your cold milk. Add to the glass & serve. Dust with cocoa. |

Add ice cubes to the bottom of your milkshake mixer, then enough milk to 3/4 fill your glass. Set the mixer going. Draw a shot of espresso from your machine, combine with ice in a cocktail shaker or equivalent to chill it, then pour the cold espresso into the glass. Add Amaretto flavour. Stop your mixer, which will have magically "foamed" your cold milk. Add to the glass & top with crushed Amaretti biscuits. |
