Shipping by Interlink Express
Most
orders that are too heavy to post that are in Zone 1 delivery area will be
sent by Interlink Express carrier. This gives you the unique opportunity
to track your orders online from the point they are packed for dispatch by
ourselves until they arrive at their final delivery destination.
You
can track your order using the unique order ID you receive by e-mail after
you have placed an order with us. Should you not receive a confirmation
e-mail you have either entered your e-mail address incorrectly or the
checkout process of your order has failed in which case you should contact
us on 01422 347734 to check the situation of your order or replace your
order.
Once
you receive your confirmation e-mail, your should visit the
Interlink Express
tracking page and enter your order ID and delivery postcode in the last
section on that page. If no tracking data is available it means we have
not yet packed and labelled your order and you should try later. When your
order has been labelled the page will show that your shipment has been
raised. The next tracking data will be availble at around 11pm the same
day when your order reaches the main hub. The following day your order
should reach the delivery depot at around 6am, and show it has been
scanned onto the delivery van by 8am. Providing someone is in at the
delivery address your order should arrive that same day, if nobody is
available to accept delivery then a card will be left at the delivery
address and your order returned to the depot to be held awaiting further
instruction. If your order has been delivered then tracking will show the
time of delivery and also the name of the person who signed for the
goods.
