You may have noticed our customers online tag, and wondered if it is reallly true or just a random number generator. It is true, a simple script runs every time a page on our site is loaded, and logs the ip of the computer that loaded that page in a file. It then counts the number of active ip address's and displays that as the numerical value for customers online. It constantly checks for ip address's going in and out, so as you browse the site you will see the number going up and down in real time. The total visitors counter is incremented for every new ip address per day, the script keeps a tally of all visited ip address's per day and will only increase the visitor total if the address is new. So if you visit the site at 5 different times during the day in seperate sessions you will only count as 1 visitor, if you visit the site from five different computers then you will count as 5 visitors
