Christmas Closing 2008

This year we will close on Wednesday 24th December and we will re-open on Monday 5th January 2009. Please make sure you place your orders, including extra to cover trading over this period, well in advance of our closing date to ensure delivery.

If your orders are delivered by Interlink Express, we can only guarantee delivery if we receive your order by MIDDAY on Monday the 22nd December 2008. Allow extra time if your delivery is normally by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. If you are going to require a great deal of extra stock let us know before the 10th December so that we can make the arrangements.

Deliveries by our own van will be on the usual days for the week commencing 15th December 2008. The van will leave at 8.45am each day, if for example a customer in York places an order after this time on Thursday the 18th it is unlikely to be delivered until Thursday January 8th 2009. Make sure all your staff who place orders are aware of the above arrangements.

Please note that orders placed online after 1.30pm on December 23rd will not be dispatched until Monday 5th January 2009, you can place your orders throughout the Christmas period online, and we will dispatch them on our return on the 5th January.
If you require clarification on the above do not hesitate to ask, better to ask than not have enough stock.
