These smoothie concentrate mixes are designed to be blended with Ice in a commercial ice blender like the Blendtec Smoother. Simply fill the cup you will serve them in with ice, pour over the smoothie mix until three quarters full and tip both into the blender. Blend to your desired consistancy and then return to the cup and serve. If you find the smoothie is too strong, try using less smoothie concentrate and top up with cold water.
